In the first instance we would meet with you to get to know each other, discuss your project and go through any concerns you may have. Providing you are happy to commence, and you feel we are the right contractor to continue with the quotation we will look at your drawings or you can use our preferred architect. Having discussed the required work, I will then provide a free no obligation quote for the works discussed. Once the quotation has been accepted a payment schedule will be issued.

Once our quotation has been accepted and we have agreed on a start date, we will prepare the site and provide fencing for security where required. Noise and disruption will be kept to a minimum. The site will then be setup in preparation for the start date.

We will arrive on the first day, setting the standard for the project. Throughout the project our team will work with total professionalism and will always be courteous and polite to you the client, neighbours and visitors. We always ensure we keep the site tidy and minimise the disruption as much as possible. We will supervise all deliveries and will arrange for all the required trades.

Once the construction is complete, we will meet with you to ensure you are happy with the final result. Any remaining issues will be dealt with professionally without any problem.
